Spencer's Hilarious Response

I have to share this. I find it absolutely hilarious and also more than a bit ironic in seeing exactly how Robert Spencer has responsed to the report on his efforts to support Usama bin Laden (i.e., offering material support to a terrorist organization, offering aid and comfort to the enemy, betraying the United States), a report which offers an enormous amount of factual and easily verifiable information on his use of (among other tactics) logical fallacies to deny reality. He's also showing that he's, well, let's just say "slow", in not realizing that his plastering this reponse all over his website, especially to his fanatical corps of followers, just drives more readers to this blog and to the report in which he is exposed for his betrayal.

In honor of this accomplishment, Robert Spencer is being awarded the title of "Dim Bulb du jour". Congratualtions, Robert, you worked hard to earn this.

So, how is Spencer responding to the report which (in part) details his use of logical fallacies in promoting hate speech and the agenda of al Qaida? By using logical fallacies! I have explained to Spencer that he is only presenting further proof of what is in the report by doing this, but he insists. As the report states, the most damning evidence against Spencer - are his own words. Specifically, Spencer is responding by using the logical fallacy of ad hominems (in plain English, false statements meant to attack the author and draw a reader's attention away from the facts presented). He is currently using ad hominems that I am not a pastor, that my church doesn't exist, that this blog doesn't exist, Cleveland Ohio doesn't exist, etc., etc.

Most people - if identified as working for the enemy - would try to offer some denial, some evidence that the claim was incorrect. Spencer has not offered any such claim, not one single word. All he has done (as of this writing) is use ad hominems and not dispute a single fact in the report. I take this to be his admission of guilt and his verification of every single point presented in the report on his hate speech, his support of enemy propaganda, his call for all Muslims to attack the USA, and the reasons he is betraying our country.
