Six Degrees; on the will today we came across the name James Khavarian. He was one of the witnesses to the 2001 signing of the will. Did you know that he and Howard Stern were former law partners, along with Ron Rale, who now represents
Howard? Well, you do now. Ron's holding news conferences, Howard is holding the baby but life hasn't been so kind to James. He was disbarred in California for a lot of things (look it up on the Internet and save me the time it takes to spell it out) and we were told by someone who knew him that he went back home to New Jersey four years ago when "his life fell apart." We went over to Jersey tonight looking for him. At his house a guy in his 40s who answered the door who said he wasn't James told our reporter she had ten seconds to go away. She did.

This explains how Jim Khavarian came into the picture. It also makes me wonder what type of attorneys Rale and Stern are or were, that they didn’t notice their former partner, Khavarian, was involved in a $70 million Ponzi scheme, and was ripping off clients? It also makes me wonder what was going on between Howard K. Stern and Khavarian, because this is about the same time that Khavarian turned into a virulent anti-Semite. Can this case possibly get any more weird? Wait! Forget I asked that question! You know what the answer will be. (Somebody cue the Twilight Zone music)
